Responsibilities
- Lead the global marketing function, driving growth across brand, content, GEO, B2B, B2B2C, and international market entry.
- Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals and global expansion.
- Build and lead a high-performing, metrics-driven marketing team across brand, digital, partnerships, and demand generation.
- Create and implement multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns to boost brand awareness, generate enterprise pipeline, activate partners, and increase end-user adoption.
- Define and elevate the global brand narrative, ensuring consistency across all regions, channels, partners, and product lines.
- Develop a content engine that supports enterprise penetration, technical storytelling, and developer education.
- Own the GEO strategy to establish a leading voice in AI-driven search for brokerage, fintech infrastructure, and global markets.
- Champion a data-driven culture, using customer insights and funnel analytics to inform investment decisions and optimize nurture/conversion strategies.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to align marketing with the broader go-to-market strategy.
- Oversee the global event strategy to drive enterprise leads and brand equity.
- Collaborate with Communications to maximize PR and earned media efforts for demand generation.
Qualifications
- Requires 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including 8-10+ years in senior management.
- Requires proven experience in B2B demand generation and brand building within global organizations.
- Requires experience in fintech, SaaS infrastructure, payments, brokerage, or financial services.
Required Skills
- Requires understanding of B2B and B2B2C growth, enterprise buyer psychology, and API adoption.
- Requires ability to drive growth through creative strategy and organic levers.
- Requires collaborative leadership with the ability to mentor global teams.
- Requires exceptional storytelling skills to translate technical products into compelling narratives.
- Requires experience recruiting, coaching, and scaling high-performing marketing functions.
- Requires mastery of enterprise marketing, including long sales cycles and account-based marketing.
- Requires advanced knowledge of GEO and modern content distribution.
- Requires strong diagnostic skills with the ability to make ROI-driven decisions.
- Requires a results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Requires comfort operating in a high-velocity, high-ambiguity environment.
- Requires a global mindset with cultural fluency across multiple regions.
