Job Purpose
· Ensuring portfolio build up with proper assessment and underwriting of proposals. Industry and market parameters and other macroeconomic factor to be taken into account while underwriting
· Unit Portfolio build up to be ensured by maintaining credit quality and following the laid down credit policy
· Unit TAT need to be monitored and ensured within defined benchmark
· Regular review of deferrals, delinquency, stock audit and watchlist/ exit accounts to be done
· Collaboration with other stakeholder such as operations, audit, compliance to be done at regular interval
· Suggestions and implementation of policies on credit underwriting and portfolio management
· Portfolio quality to be maintained by developing a team having consistency in credit decision and complying the credit process.
· Early identification of exit/weak accounts and timely exit of these accounts in liason with business team to maintain pristine quality of books
· Portfolio to be managed in a desired manner with negligible addition in NPA level.

· Early Delinquency and Mortality to be under control
· NPA % should be minimal
· Housekeeping under control
· Watchlisted / Exit accounts are under control
TAT Management
· Ensure Credit TAT within benchmark
· CPA TAT should be under control
· Ensure joint efforts with business for achieving E2E TAT
Management of stress accounts
· Identification of EXIT and adhere to EXIT plans
· Follow-up for Pot NPL a/cs for regularization
· Controlling a/cs with lowe behavior score band
.
MIS Analysis
· Monitoring TAT for the area and review improvements with the team
· Ensure every team member achieves productivity and TAT benchmarks
· Analyze the portfolio for delinquency, slippages etc
People Management
· Regular feedback given to team on performance & improvements
· Guiding team for their career growth
· Ensure appropriate training for reportees
· Ensure team work with other stakeholders
Process Deliverables
· Reduction of wastages by fortnightly review
· Healthy discussion with the other stakeholder to ensure faster decision and smooth functioning
· Ensure adequacy and smooth functioning of vendors
