Job Title: SVP – Delivery Leader, Hi-Tech
Location: India / Global
Experience: 20–28 years
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader at SVP level to lead large-scale, global delivery operations for the Hi-Tech vertical. This role will own end-to-end delivery, P&L, and customer success across a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing large, complex portfolios (multi-hundred million dollars), leading large global teams, and delivering next-generation digital, cloud, and platform-led transformation programs for Hi-Tech clients.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 P&L & Business Ownership
- Own and manage a large P&L (typically $200M+ portfolio) with full accountability for revenue, margin, and growth
- Drive profitability through cost optimization, utilization, pricing strategy, and delivery efficiency
- Partner with sales to shape and close large deals ($20M–$100M+)
🔹 Global Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multi-tower engagements:
- Application development & modernization
- Cloud & infrastructure
- Data, AI & analytics
- Platform & product engineering
- Manage large global teams (1000+ FTEs) across geographies
- Ensure predictable delivery, high CSAT, and operational excellence
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs across key Hi-Tech clients
- Build and deepen strategic relationships driving long-term partnerships
- Lead governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviews
🔹 Transformation & Innovation
- Drive digital transformation programs leveraging:
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data platforms & AI/GenAI
- Automation & next-gen delivery models
- Champion platform-led and IP-led transformation approaches
- Bring in innovation-led value creation for clients
🔹 Operational Excellence & Governance
- Establish strong governance frameworks, risk management, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity gains, and delivery standardization
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and contractual requirements
🔹 Leadership & Talent Development
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams
- Drive succession planning and capability development within the Hi-Tech vertical
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation
Required Qualifications
🔹 Experience
- 20+ years in IT services / digital engineering / consulting
- 10+ years in senior delivery leadership roles
- Proven experience managing:
- $200M+ portfolios
- Large global teams (1000–5000+ FTEs)
- Strong experience in Hi-Tech domain (ISVs, SaaS, platform companies, semiconductor, etc.)
