Overview Of The Role
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of the Focused Accounts Relationship Management (FARM) team will lead and oversee account management coverage for Focused Accounts at TresVista. These accounts primarily include mid-market Private Equity Firms, Secondaries, Real Estate, Boutique Advisory, M&A Advisory, Placement Agents, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital firms, and CLOs, predominantly across the US, UK, and Europe regions.
This position requires close collaboration with Global Sales Team, Product teams, including RIS, CFO, DIG, and PSS. The SVP of FARM will report directly to the Associate Director & Head of FARM. The role requires occasional international travel to engage with clients, along with regular domestic travel to Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune, and Mumbai to collaborate with teams and delivery VPs.

Key Role Deliverables
- Lead and manage TresVista’s Focused Accounts Management efforts by providing comprehensive account management coverage
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and ensure high level of client satisfaction
- Driving Referral & Advocacy initiatives across FARM accounts to encourage clients to act as ambassadors, to provide referrals and share testimonials
- Execute expansion programs to identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within FARM accounts
- Monitor client health and lead retention efforts to minimize attrition across accounts
- Analyze account performance and deliver regular reports and actionable insights to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Product, and Global Sales etc to ensure alignment & seamless delivery
- Partner with the Product & Delivery teams to ensure high client engagement and integration levels
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Focused Accounts organization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Contribute strategically by leading or participating in special commercial projects, providing training, and sharing insights for key initiatives
- Coach and guide delivery VPs, Senior Sales Development Associates (SSDAs), and Sales Development Associates (SDAs)
- Key Performance Indicators: Gross ACVA Addition, Attrition, # of Referral Generated, # of Addition to Reference Grid
Prerequisites
- Ability to manage & govern multiple client relationships/accounts simultaneously
- Proven track record of managing and growing global client relationships
- Strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams
- Strong business and commercial acumen, coupled with organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of financial markets, particularly private capital markets (highly desirable)
Experience
- 12-15 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role managing a portfolio of multiple global accounts, preferably within the Financial Services, Consulting or Outsourcing industry with significant exposure to US, UK, and European market
Education
▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field
▪ MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred
