Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Vice President for an on-site, full-time position at our West Delhi office. This senior leadership role involves guiding strategic decision-making, overseeing cross-functional teams, and driving business transformation initiatives to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include formulating and implementing strategies, enhancing operational efficiencies, building and fostering client relationships, leading innovation efforts, and upholding performance excellence. The candidate will also play a pivotal role in leading divisions such as equipment management, accreditation, and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strategic and Leadership Skills: Proven experience in creating and implementing strategies, aligning organizational goals, and driving sustainable growth.
- Operational & Process Improvement Expertise: Hands-on experience with Six Sigma, Lean Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical and Financial Acumen: Proficiency in handling budgeting, financial analysis, and leveraging emerging technologies for business transformation.
- Communication and Leadership: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience; relevant advanced degrees (MBA preferred), and prior experience in a consulting or industrial setting is advantageous.
