Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to lead and manage a large corporate team handling Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits (EB) portfolios. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise across multiple lines of business, strong leadership capabilities, and an existing client portfolio (book of business).
This role is critical in driving revenue growth, client retention, and team development.

Key Requirements- Minimum 10+ years of experience with insurance brokers (mandatory)
- Proven experience handling commercial lines and employee benefits products
- Strong existing book of business / client relationships
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large teams
- Strong understanding of corporate insurance solutions and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
