Job Description:
As a Senior V&V Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the verification and validation of software
systems. You will work closely with Product Managers, and Software Developers to write, review, and
execute test cases throughout the whole software platform.
What do you need to bring?
• 8+ years of testing, V&V experience
• Expertise in Python, shell scripting
• Planning and development of test suites from SRS and SDS
• Analyzing and communicating test results
• Utilizing test source management solution, preferably Github
• Proven ability to quickly understand complex and nuanced business processes
and rules

Responsibilities
• Own product testing end to end
• Drive bug triage and prioritization of test activities
• Working with a small team of engineers to test new features for our image processing
platform
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, Scientists and other Engineering
teams and subject-matter experts including Regulatory
• Communicating status with stakeholders. Taking ownership of your work through the
entire SDLC. Waterfall and Agile model
• Review SRS, SDS and technical documents and provide feedback in timely manner
• Troubleshooting and resolving faults in any environment (note: no routine on-call)
• Expertise with Python, TestRail, JIRA, and confluence
• Consistent discipline with SDLC
• Documentation of process and for FDA regulatory requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical, Electrical Engineering
or equivalent experience
• Extensive expertise using Python, shell scripting (required)
• Experience with Redhat/Linux, AWS, Ubuntu, Mac and Windows
• Experience in writing and maintaining test cases based on requirements,
conduct test case reviews, and providing test estimates
• Experience with TestRail, JIRA, Github
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Has current or previous experience working in a regulatory environment
(ie.FDA)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• A thirst for knowledge and desire to make a positive impact to humanity
Bonus skills
• AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Experience with testing medical software
