Your Role
As a UX Researcher (Mid & Senior), you will lead and execute user research initiatives across multiple product areas and domains. You will apply deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to uncover user needs, influence product strategy, and translate insights into impactful product innovations. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and leadership to align research outcomes with business goals.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and execute user research initiatives across multiple products and domains.
- Apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
- Analyze research data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Present research outcomes in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner to diverse audiences.
- Translate user insights into product and experience innovations that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align research efforts with strategic business objectives.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by working across multiple domains and rapidly building subject-matter understanding.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX research practices, standards, and artifacts.
Your Profile
- 4–16 years of experience in UX Research across digital products or platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in a broad set of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
- Hands-on experience with UX research tools such as UserTesting, Lookback, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work simultaneously across multiple domains and quickly grasp new concepts and problem spaces.
