About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to join our Product Management team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the UX strategy for key product verticals, ensuring the delivery of intuitive, scalable, and high-performance user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. Your expertise will help shape the future of our enterprise solutions, making complex workflows accessible and efficient for millions of users worldwide.
You will lead end-to-end UX initiatives, establishing scalable visual and interaction patterns that uphold conceptual integrity and consistency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, you will translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable design models. Mentoring junior and mid-level UX designers will be a key part of your role, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement. Your contributions will also involve strengthening and evolving our design systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX or product design within enterprise or B2B environments.
- Proven track record of leading complex product surfaces or verticals with a focus on enterprise applications.
- Extensive experience designing high-density, workflow-intensive applications such as ERP systems, SaaS platforms, desktop applications, and enterprise mobile apps.
- Deep understanding of interaction modeling, state-driven logic, validation frameworks, and structured information architecture.
- Experience in defining, scaling, and governing reusable interaction patterns and design systems.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring and reviewing design teams to ensure quality standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
- High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with system-driven design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX strategy and execution for a specific product vertical, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Define and evolve reusable design patterns that meet enterprise requirements and scale across multiple modules.
- Conduct structured design reviews to maintain visual and behavioral consistency across all product components.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of interaction logic and design specifications.
- Enhance documentation standards and promote process maturity within the UX/UI function.
- Mentor and develop UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the evolution of the organization’s design system, ensuring its scalability and relevance.
- Translate complex workflows and requirements into clear, structured design models that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
