Senior UX Designer – AI-First Dashboard Specialist

About The Role
We are building AI-powered CRM and marketing systems used in financial services environments. We are looking for a high-caliber UX designer who can design intelligent dashboards and AI-driven interfaces that meet global product standards.
Please note: This is not a visual design role; it is a product thinking role.
Key Responsibilities - Translate structured product briefs into:
- Clear information architecture
- Insight-driven dashboards
- AI-first user experiences
- High-trust fintech-grade interfaces

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure a cohesive product vision.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design intent.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that user needs are prioritized in product development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, specifically for product-grade applications.
- Proven experience in designing dashboards and data-heavy interfaces in Fintech or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user-centered design principles, and best practices.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user experience.
