🚀 We’re Hiring: Freelance Senior UX Designer – AI-First Dashboard Specialist
We're building AI-powered CRM and marketing systems for financial services and are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of product thinking, data, and AI experiences.
📍 Remote (India preferred, global talent welcome)
📌 Freelance / Contract
💰 Monthly remuneration: ₹50,000
🧠 Experience: 5+ years
This is not a visual design role.
This is a product thinking role.
We're looking for someone who can translate structured product briefs into:
✅ AI-first user experiences
✅ Intelligent dashboards
✅ Strong information architecture
✅ Fintech-grade UX systems
✅ Globally benchmarked product experiences
You’ll work on:
• AI-powered CRM dashboards
• Natural language reporting interfaces
• Predictive analytics visualizations
• AI-assisted tools
• Trading & strategy systems
• Data-heavy operational dashboards
What we're looking for:
✔ 5+ years in product UX
✔ Strong dashboard/SaaS portfolio
✔ Fintech or financial platform experience
✔ Deep understanding of information architecture
✔ Advanced Figma skills (components, systems, auto-layout)
✔ Strong product and user-flow thinking
Bonus if you have:
⭐ AI product design experience
⭐ Predictive analytics UX exposure
⭐ Compliance-sensitive product experience
⭐ Role-based systems experience
