Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Senior User Experience Designer. The primary responsibilities include leading user-centered design efforts, conducting user research, designing and iterating on intuitive user experiences, and creating visual and interactive prototypes. The designer will aim to foster seamless and engaging experiences for users, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and customer needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Design Thinking and User Research techniques to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Proficiency in creating compelling Visual Designs and crafting seamless User Experience (UX) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Prototyping tools and methodologies to develop prototypes for usability testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborative and communicative team player with a proactive approach to design challenges.
- Knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in a similar role or demonstrable portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
