Role Description
The Senior User Experience (UX) Designer will lead the design process to ensure seamless and delightful user interactions with our digital platforms. This on-site, full-time position is located in Ahmedabad and includes responsibilities such as conducting user research, creating user-focused design solutions, developing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that align with the brand’s creative ethos.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) design and Design Thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in User Research and applying insights to craft user-centric designs
- Experience in Visual Design to create aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces
- Advanced skills in Prototyping to test and enhance design concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience in e-commerce or beauty and wellness industries is a plus
