Role Description
We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer for a full-time position at our Ahmedabad location. The role requires an individual to lead end-to-end UX design processes, including conducting user research, developing intuitive designs, and creating prototypes to enhance the customer experience. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centric solutions that elevate our customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Design Thinking and User Research to understand user behavior and craft meaningful solutions.
- Strong skills in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design to create intuitive and visually engaging outputs.
- Proficiency in Prototyping tools and techniques for seamless design testing and iteration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
