Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior User Experience Designer to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will design and enhance digital experiences through research, user-centered design principles, and innovative problem-solving. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing prototypes, creating intuitive user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation. Your work will play a pivotal role in shaping customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and a strong ability to approach problems with a user-centered mindset
- Experience with User Research to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Expertise in Visual Design to create aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces
- Knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles and Prototyping to develop and test innovative design solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
- Attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
