Job Title: Senior / Experienced Designer
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Designer with proven experience in delivering impactful visual solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs across digital and offline platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for:
- Social media
- Marketing campaigns
- Branding and identity
- Website and digital assets
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Review and refine designs based on feedback.
- Work on both static and basic motion graphics (if required)
- Maintain organized files and design systems for easy access and scalability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in graphic design or related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma / Sketch / Canva (as applicable)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visual concepts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives and performance-driven design
