Role Summary:
We are looking for a hybrid Talent Acquisition professional who can seamlessly navigate the US recruitment landscape while occasionally supporting domestic hiring needs in India. This role is unique as it combines high-level sourcing with "Middle-Office" operational responsibilities, including payroll reconciliation and timesheet management.
Key Responsibilities
1. US Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and place candidates across various US time zones.
- Tax & Visa Mastery: Expertly manage hiring across W2, C2C, and 1099 models. Conduct thorough vetting of H1-B, L1, TN, and Green Card/EAD holders.
- VMS/MSP Navigation: Work within various Vendor Management Systems to track submittals and compliance.
2. Payroll & Timesheet Operations
- Hours Reconciliation: Match client-approved timesheets with consultant submissions to ensure 100% billing accuracy.
- Pay Stub Verification: Review and reconcile pay stubs, ensuring correct hourly rates and tax deductions are applied.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage C2C vendor relationships, ensuring invoices are accurate and payments are streamlined.
3. Domestic Market Support (Occasional)
- India Hiring: Assist in sourcing and onboarding talent for our Ahmedabad office or other Indian locations based on project spikes.
- Local Compliance: Understand basic Indian labor laws, notice period buy-outs, and statutory benefits (PF, PT, ESI) to facilitate smooth domestic hiring.
4. Reporting & Strategy
- Report directly to the Director of Delivery Operations on recruitment funnels, attrition risks, and payroll discrepancies.
- Identify "leakages" in billing vs. pay to optimize company margins.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5-7 years of core experience in US Staffing.
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with numbers and have a "hawk-eye" for finding errors in spreadsheets or pay stubs.
- Adaptive Recruiter: You can switch context from the US market (where speed is key) to the Indian market (where relationship management and follow-ups are key).
- Communication: High-level English proficiency is non-negotiable.
- Location: Must be a resident of (or willing to relocate to) Ahmedabad for a permanent office-based role.
