Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior US IT Recruiter. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The Senior Recruiter will build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, understand technical and business requirements, and leverage various sourcing strategies. Responsibilities also include managing applicant tracking systems and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of technologies and roles
- Experience with general Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience with US IT Staffing is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
