About the Role
We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models, along with experience working on both full-time and contract roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Handle both full-time and contractual hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling and feedback
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and terms with candidates
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of US hiring processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience working with direct clients / implementation partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and ATS/tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling niche IT roles (Cloud, DevOps, AI, SAP, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
