🔥 What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing ➝ Screening ➝ Offer ➝ Closure)
Partner with hiring managers & clients to understand complex IT requirements
Leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed & innovative sourcing techniques
Build strong pipelines for niche and high-demand tech roles
Screen candidates for technical fit, communication & cultural alignment
Drive offer negotiations & closures like a pro
Manage and update ATS with accuracy
Handle W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models & visa types (H1B, GC, USC)
Consistently meet and exceed hiring targets & SLAs
🧠 What You Bring
10+ years of hardcore US IT recruitment experience
Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, SAP)
Expertise in Boolean search & advanced sourcing strategies
Hands-on experience with job portals & ATS tools
Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)

Experience with direct clients / implementation partners
Proven success in closing niche & hard-to-fill roles
Experience in contract, C2H & full-time hiring
