Experience: 1 – 3 Years in US IT Recruitment
Shift: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM (US Shift)
Key Skills:
- Experience in W2, C2C & 1099 – US hiring
- Strong in End-to-End US IT Recruitment with Implementation Partners & Direct Clients
- Sourcing through Ceipal, Dice, Monster & LinkedIn
- Knowledge of US Visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
- Excellent communication skills
