Role Description
As a Senior Unit Manager – HR Communications & Employer Branding, you will be a key contributor to enhancing the organization's employer brand and internal communications strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. Responsibilities include creating and executing HR communication campaigns, managing employer branding initiatives, developing content for internal and external stakeholders, and driving employee engagement through creative communication strategies. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to align communication initiatives with organizational goals and values.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with expertise in content creation, editing, and storytelling
- Proficiency in brand strategy and development, employer branding, and creating campaigns to enhance organizational image
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives and managing internal and external communication channels
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, content distribution, and analytics
- Ability to collaborate across teams, provide leadership, and manage projects effectively
- Keen understanding of HR functions, organizational culture, and people engagement dynamics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields
- Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services or corporate sector is an advantage
