Virtual Clone is a specialist offshore accounting partner supporting accounting firms and businesses across the UK and Australia. Founded in 2009, we are a team of nearly 250 finance professionals delivering bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, management accounts, year-end accounts, and tax support services.
We are looking for ambitious accounting professionals who want international exposure, long-term growth, and the opportunity to work directly with global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts for UK clients.
- Handle month-end and year-end accounting assignments.
- Prepare and review financial statements under FRS 102/105.
- Assist with corporation tax and personal tax return preparation.
- Work closely with UK-based managers and clients.
- Use cloud accounting tools including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Dext, Taxfiler, and IRIS.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- UK accounting experience preferred.
- B.Com / M.Com / ACCA pursuing or qualified.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working UK hours.
