Job Description:
- Collaborate with Web development teams to provide design inputs for quotes and proposals aligned with client requirements
- Strong focus on design aesthetics with the ability to consult clients during discovery calls and contribute to strategic conversations (non-negotiable)
- Act as a UI/UX Subject Matter Expert, driving high-quality design and strategic thinking across web projects
- Work independently as an Individual Contributor to deliver end-to-end UI/UX solutions
- Create intuitive, user-centric designs with strong focus on usability, accessibility, and modern standards
- Review and refine internal/vendor design outputs to ensure consistency and quality
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, UI standards, and latest design trends
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance user experience, improve efficiency, and optimize workflows
- Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles, user behavior, and interaction design
- Excellent design aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and handle client interactions effectively (non-negotiable)
- Ability to handle client discovery calls and provide strategic design consultation
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance considerations
- Ability to create scalable design systems and reusable components
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Design and Digital Expertise in:-
- Website Design & Development
- Landing Pages
- Banner Design (Static / GIF / HTML5)
- Moodboards
- Mobile Apps
- Wireframes & Prototypes
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant UI/UX certifications or a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise is highly valued
