About The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Senior Web Designer who excels in modern UI/UX trends, creative visual design, advanced user interactions, and design strategy. This individual must demonstrate strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead design initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of websites, landing pages, dashboards, and interactive digital experiences with a high degree of creativity and precision.
• Create visually compelling UI using advanced color theory, typography, imagery, and best-in-class layout techniques.
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction flows for complex systems.
• Design and implement modern micro-interactions, smooth animations, scroll-triggered effects, and motion-driven UI elements.
• Establish and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, marketing, and product managers to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead junior designers by providing feedback, direction, and mentorship.
• Take full ownership of design deliverables, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Communicate design decisions, rationale, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Manage client interactions, gather requirements, present concepts, handle feedback, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Conduct UX audits and propose improvements based on user behavior insights and industry best practices.
• Stay ahead of evolving design trends including glassmorphism, neumorphism, 3D UI, interactive storytelling, AI-driven visuals, and immersive user experiences.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Web Design with an impressive portfolio showcasing modern and interactive designs.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and vector/illustration tools.
• Strong command of layout grids, visual hierarchy, color theory, iconography, imagery selection, and design systems.
• Proven experience in designing animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics (Lottie, Rive, After Effects, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Leadership qualities with experience guiding junior designers or managing small teams.
• Strong client-handling skills including requirement gathering, presentations, and feedback management.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration (preferred, not mandatory).
  
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-driven design workflows (Figma AI, Midjourney, Firefly).
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards, enterprise systems, or high-conversion landing pages.
• Understanding of UX research, analytics, and CRO principles.
• Ability to create custom illustrations and vector art.
