We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in web design, Next.js environments, and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate should be passionate about crafting high-impact user experiences, especially in e-commerce ecosystems, and capable of leveraging modern AI tools to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs in Next.js applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Work on key e-commerce journeys like product listing pages, detail pages, and checkout flows
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and performance analysis
- Utilize GenAI tools to streamline design workflows and improve output quality
- Maintain consistency through design systems, components, and branding guidelines
- Optimize designs for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in web design, preferably from an e-commerce background
- A strong portfolio showcasing shipped product work, with clear impact on business metrics (e.g., conversion rate improvement, engagement uplift)
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and Dev Mode
- Hands-on experience with modern GenAI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, Vertex AI, Nano Banana, etc.) in a professional workflow
- Ability to guide AI-generated outputs toward brand-aligned and production-ready designs
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Basic understanding of Next.js / React.js and frontend constraints
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Familiarity with emerging UX patterns for AI, such as conversational search, assistant interfaces, and recommendation systems
- Demonstrable passion for the AI space, with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies
- Experience working in product-based or SaaS companies
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
