For highly qualified candidates, we're also offering a sign-on bonus as part of a competitive overall package.
Why Join Revenue Optics?
Exceptional Earning Potential
We offer a strong guaranteed base salary, performance-driven incentives with uncapped upside, and a potential sign-on bonus for qualified hires.
A Business We're Investing in Aggressively
Talent Solutions is a strategic growth priority for Revenue Optics. We're investing in people, technology, recruiting infrastructure, and new client relationships to build a differentiated U.S. recruiting business.
Technology That Makes You More Productive
Our recruiting model is being built around premium sourcing tools, AI-enabled candidate intelligence, workflow automation, and more efficient client and candidate engagement.
Direct Access to U.S. Clients and Leadership
You'll work closely with U.S. hiring managers and business leaders, not simply process requirements handed down through multiple layers of management.
A Genuine Opportunity to Grow
We're looking for people who can become key contributors as the business expands, with opportunities for greater account ownership, client relationships, and future leadership responsibilities.
Work from Anywhere in India
This is a long-term, full-time remote opportunity aligned with U.S. Central business hours.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own full-cycle U.S. direct-hire recruiting assignments, from sourcing through successful placement.
- Identify and engage high-performing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Recruit for U.S. sales, commercial leadership, business development, account management, and other professional positions.
- Conduct meaningful candidate interviews, assessing experience, performance, compensation expectations, and career motivations.
- Build relationships with candidates who aren't actively looking for new opportunities.
- Present highly qualified candidates to U.S. clients with compelling, evidence-based candidate summaries.
- Manage interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and placement closure.
- Help develop repeatable recruiting practices, talent intelligence, and sourcing strategies as our business grows.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for U.S.-based positions.
- Proven success sourcing and placing direct-hire candidates.
- Strong experience engaging passive candidates through outbound sourcing.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle.
- Confidence conducting professional interviews and discussing compensation with U.S. candidates.
- Ability to work U.S. Central business hours from India.
Especially Valuable Experience
- Recruiting U.S. sales representatives, account executives, business development professionals, or sales leaders.
- Experience supporting staffing agencies, executive search firms, or U.S.-based recruiting businesses.
- A measurable track record of placements, offer acceptance, and client satisfaction.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, sourcing automation, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
- Recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or private equity-backed businesses.
Industry-specific experience is not mandatory. We'll help you learn our markets.
Who Thrives Here?
You'll enjoy this opportunity if you're a recruiter who takes pride in finding people others cannot, building meaningful candidate relationships, and successfully closing challenging searches.
You're motivated by performance, enjoy direct client interaction, embrace technology, and want your contributions to have a visible impact on the growth of a business.
