SENIOR TREATMENT COORDINATOR (PATIENT SALES & CONVERSION)

₹30,000–₹40,000 fixed + 2% incentive on revenue above ₹20L/month
Are you the person who makes sure no patient walks out unconverted?
Dr. Sobti's Dental Care is a premium implant and digital dentistry practice in Rajouri Garden, West Delhi. We have a strong clinical team, with in-house digital dentistry capabilities including CBCT, Intra Oral Scanners, CAD/CAM milling, zirconia fabrication, and advanced implant workflows and a rapidly growing patient base. We need someone to own the conversion side — ensuring every patient leaves with a confirmed treatment plan, an advance paid, and their next appointment booked.
THE ROLE
- Own all inbound leads across calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website
- Guide our in house Graphics Designing team on post and reels to boost presence for increased lead generation
- Run structured follow-up on every unconverted lead
- Present treatment plans to patients in simple, confident language after doctor consultation
- Explain why specific materials and procedures are recommended — without offering alternatives unprompted
- Collect advance payments before the patient leaves — every time, without exception
- Track conversion metrics: leads, consultations, conversions, average ticket, advances collected
- Handle cost objections and second-opinion concerns with patience and conviction
- Mentor junior front desk staff
- Coordinate with clinical and lab team for smooth scheduling
EXPERIENCE
- 2–5 years in patient coordination, sales, or conversion — dental, aesthetic, dermatology, laser, IVF, or premium wellness
- Proven track record with high-value consultations (treatments above ₹1,00,000)
- Comfortable with active calling and follow-up
- Dental background is a bonus, not a requirement — we will train the right person
- Strong spoken Hindi and English
COMPENSATION
- Fixed: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month
- Incentive: 2% of all clinic revenue above ₹20,00,000/month (uncapped)
- Example: ₹28L month → ₹16,000 additional incentive
GROWTH
We are soon expanding to South Delhi and Gurgaon. This role grows into Clinic Manager or Regional Coordinator as we scale.
