Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travels Consultant specializing in educational tours, located in Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves managing travel arrangements, providing travel advice and solutions, creating detailed itineraries for educational tours, and ensuring seamless reservations. Responsibilities include liaising with customers to understand their requirements, handling any travel-related concerns, and coordinating with service providers to deliver outstanding experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and organizing Travel Arrangements
- Strong skills in Customer Service and managing client relationships effectively
- Experience with Reservations and booking systems for travel purposes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of destinations across West Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Andaman, and Northeast India is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred
- Prior experience in educational tours or group travel management would be beneficial
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for travel management is a plus
