Syntax Global is looking for skilled Senior Travel Support Experts to assist US-based clients with bookings and travel support. Candidates must have hands-on experience with any GDS and a strong understanding of travel industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle travel support calls & emails from HNI customers (no sales)
- Assist with flight, hotel, and cruise itineraries
- Provide ticketing and booking assistance
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and offer concierge style support
- Coordinate with vendors and US team for reservations
- Maintain accurate records, booking notes, follow-up dates, and payment details in the CRM.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken English and phone etiquette
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer support needed preferably handed international travelers
- Ability to work in US time zones (night shift IST)
- Ability to handle customers independently and manage multiple inquiries.
- Knowledge of travel booking tools, GDS platforms, and common airline, hotel, and visa norms will be useful
- Any graduate can apply; a diploma or degree in hospitality is an advantage.
