We operate in the Travel & Tourism industry, focused on corporate and leisure travel management, visa facilitation, and end-to-end ticketing solutions for domestic and international clients. This on-site role in India is designed for an experienced travel professional who can manage bookings, documentation, billing, and high-touch client servicing across diverse travel portfolios.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel reservations and ticketing for domestic and international itineraries using GDS platforms; issue tickets, reissue/refund, and maintain PNR hygiene.
- Handle visa documentation and liaison with consulates, visa vendors, and immigration partners to ensure timely submission and clearance.
- Perform BSP billing reconciliations, process refunds/exchanges, and ensure compliance with airline and agency billing procedures.
- Deliver proactive client servicing for corporate and leisure accounts—resolve disruptions, manage travel advisories, and upsell ancillaries and ground services.
- Coordinate with hotels, transfer operators, and tour vendors to confirm bookings, negotiate rates, and assemble packaged itineraries.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare travel invoices and reports, and collaborate with operations to improve SLA adherence and cost efficiency.
