We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Travel Consultant / Team Leader / Sales Manager(Freshers can also apply) to join our growing team, specializing in the UK travel market. This role is ideal for a travel professional with strong sales expertise, leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of UK destinations, products, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by promoting tailor-made travel solutions across the UK market
- Manage high-value client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve individual and team targets
- Design and sell customized itineraries including flights, accommodation, tours, and experiences
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences within the UK travel sector
- Handle escalations, complex bookings, and VIP clients with professionalism
- Collaborate with suppliers, DMCs, and tourism boards to negotiate competitive rates
- Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and implement strategies to improve performance
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on the UK market
- Proven track record in sales, revenue generation, and target achievement
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role (Team Leader / Manager level preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UK destinations, travel regulations, and tourism products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
