Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, creating customized itineraries, handling client inquiries, securing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong organizational skills to ensure the delivery of timely and efficient travel solutions, while also maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Expertise in organizing Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills to handle client needs effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and tools, including GDS systems, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
