Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements, consulting clients on personalized travel options, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include creating travel itineraries, managing travel bookings and reservations, liaising with travel providers, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning and execution of trips. The role will also involve advising clients on travel destinations, coordinating with internal teams, and handling any travel-related inquiries or issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Arrangements
- Experience in managing Travel Management and Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Familiarity with travel software systems and booking platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site working environment
- Prior experience in luxury travel consulting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
