Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant based in New Delhi. The Senior Travel Consultant will provide end-to-end travel consultation, including itinerary planning, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless experiences for clients. Responsibilities also include handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, and offering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel itineraries
- Strong skills in Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Exceptional Customer Service and ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism
- Experience in managing Reservations effectively for seamless client travel experiences
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in travel management software and related tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in inbound tourism or corporate travel services is an advantage
