About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant with strong experience in Southeast Asia and Europe destinations. This role requires solid destination knowledge, consultative selling ability and confidence in closing high value international holiday packages. The position is revenue focused and performance driven.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle assigned leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Understand client requirements including destination, dates, budget and preferences
• Design customized itineraries for SEA and Europe
• Present, negotiate and close holiday packages
• Maintain CRM updates and consistent follow ups
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements
• Minimum 2 plus years of experience in international travel sales
• Proven experience selling Southeast Asia and Europe packages
• Strong understanding of itinerary planning and costing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target driven mindset with strong closing ability
