Role OverviewWe are hiring a Remote Travel Sales & Feedback Specialist focused on:
Driving revenue through cross-selling & upselling
Maximising customer reviews to increase bookings and OTA ranking
This is a performance-driven sales role, not a support or ticketing position.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Upselling (Core Focus)- Upsell customers from standard helicopter tours → premium helicopter experiences
- Cross-sell helicopter customers → ground tours (Golden Circle, South Coast, Blue Lagoon, transfers)
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maximise average booking value (AOV)
Customer Communication (Sales-Driven)- Respond quickly via email and WhatsApp
- Use a consultative and persuasive sales approach
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
Feedback & Reviews Management (KPI Role)- Follow up with all customers after tours
- Collect reviews on:
- Google
- OTA platforms such as GetYourGuide and Viator
- Ensure maximum review collection from daily bookings
- Manage dissatisfied customers before public reviews
Requirements- Proven experience in travel sales (mandatory)
- Strong upselling and cross-selling skills
- Excellent English communication
- Comfortable with international customers (EU/US markets)
- Confident selling high-value experiences
