Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant, located in Kochi. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, coordinating travel plans, and advising clients on various travel options and packages. You will work closely with customers to provide outstanding customer service, handle reservations, and create efficient and cost-effective travel itineraries. The role requires proactive communication and a strong focus on delivering seamless travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management practices
- Expertise in Travel Arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings
- Strong skills in delivering Customer Service and addressing travel-related inquiries
- Experience in handling Reservations and organizing itineraries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage client relationships effectively
- Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
- A degree or certification in Travel and Tourism, or a related field, is preferred
