Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Travel Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and managing customized travel itineraries, handling travel arrangements, making reservations, and delivering superior travel service. You will collaborate with clients to craft unique travel experiences, ensuring all plans align with their needs and preferences. This role also involves researching destinations, coordinating with travel partners, and troubleshooting any travel-related issues.
Qualifications
- Passionate & Proven skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience with Reservations and Customer Service to provide support and manage client expectations effectively
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and time management
- Previous experience in leisure or corporate travel is a plus
- MBA or MTA in Tourism and Travel Management or Similar Degree is preferable.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Certified Travel Associate) are a bonus.
