Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travel itineraries, making travel arrangements, assisting clients with reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves designing personalized travel experiences, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth travel operations for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Proficiency in planning Travel Arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and packages
- Expertise in Customer Service to identify client needs and deliver outstanding travel experiences
- Strong skills in managing Reservations and booking systems
- Proficiency with travel-related tools and technologies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site collaboratively with a team in Hyderabad
- Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field
