Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant, based in India. The Senior Travel Consultant will manage and coordinate all travel-related services, including creating and facilitating travel plans, organizing reservations, and crafting personalized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include handling travel arrangements, managing customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have seamless travel experiences. The role also involves collaborating with vendors and clients to meet specific travel requirements and expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
- Strong skills in Customer Service, with the ability to effectively manage client needs and preferences
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry, including knowledge of destinations and travel logistics
- Proficiency in travel management software is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a senior or similar travel consultant role is beneficial
