We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Fixed Departure Premium Tour Sales Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international fixed departure tours, premium holiday packages, customer handling, and conversion-focused sales skills. The candidate must be capable of handling high-value clients, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell premium fixed departure tour packages to customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound holiday sales inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Advise clients on destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, inclusions, exclusions, and travel documentation.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with operations, suppliers, airlines, hotels, and visa teams for smooth tour execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and payment coordination.
- Upsell travel insurance, upgrades, excursions, and premium services.
- Stay updated on tourism trends, seasonal offers, and competitor packages.
- Maintain CRM records and booking documentation accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fixed departure or premium holiday package sales.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tour destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage premium clients professionally.
- Experience with travel CRM, booking systems, and quotation preparation.
- Good understanding of visa processes and travel documentation.
