Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will handle end-to-end travel arrangements for clients, assist with travel planning and consulting, and manage reservations. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a strong understanding of diverse travel destinations, and providing thoughtful recommendations to ensure exceptional travel experiences for our clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Planning skills
- Experience in Travel Management and organizing travel arrangements
- Expertise in handling Reservations and bookings
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client needs effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of global travel destinations and travel trends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred
