Job Description – Senior Ticketing Executive (GDS – Amadeus)📍 Location: Delhi NCR💼 Experience: 6–12 Years🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time🎯
Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Ticketing Executive / Travel Consultant with strong expertise in international & domestic ticketing, GDS operations, and corporate travel handling. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end travel operations, including complex reissues, refunds, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities- Handle international & domestic ticketing using Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre
- Perform PNR creation, fare pricing, ticketing, reissues, refunds, voids
- Manage complex itineraries (multi-sector / multi-city bookings)
- Handle airline schedule changes, cancellations, and disruptions
- Coordinate with airlines for ADM/ACM cases and fare disputes
- Ensure queue management and SLA adherence
- Work with ERP/accounting tools like Zillious / Finbook
- Provide excellent service to corporate clients / implant locations
- Maintain accuracy in invoicing, reporting, and documentation

Required Skills & Expertise- Strong hands-on experience in Amadeus/Galileo
- Good knowledge of international fare rules & ticketing procedures
- Expertise in reissues, refunds, and exchange calculations
- Familiarity with BSP processes and airline policies
- Ability to handle high ticket volumes & urgent requests
- Strong communication and client-handling skills

Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 6+ years of experience in ticketing (GDS-based)
- Experience in corporate travel / TMC / implant roles preferred
- Graduation (any stream)
- IATA certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Good to Have- Experience handling VIP / CXO-level clients
- Knowledge of low-cost carriers (LCC) portals
- Advanced MS Excel / reporting skills

Compensation- Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹9 LPA (depending on experience)
