Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant located in Madurai. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing and arranging travel plans, consulting clients on travel options, handling reservations, and providing top-notch customer service. The role also involves creating customized travel packages, managing travel-related queries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.

- Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction
- Experience with global ticketing and accommodation booking systems
- Familiarity with VISA, insurance, and medical claim processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create customized travel packages for diverse needs
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
