Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will manage and execute travel arrangements, provide expert advice to clients, and handle travel reservations efficiently. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, managing bookings for flights, accommodations, and tours, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role also involves coordinating travel plans and resolving issues that may arise during trips.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience in planning Travel Arrangements and creating detailed itineraries
- Strong Customer Service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in managing Reservations and booking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational acumen
- Experience with travel technology platforms and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
