Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize domestic & international holiday packages based on customer requirements
- Handle client queries and provide suitable travel solutions and recommendations
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, visa teams, transport vendors, and other travel partners
- Manage bookings, costing, invoicing, and travel documentation
- Ensure a smooth and excellent customer experience throughout the travel journey
- Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, and visa regulations
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support before, during, and after travel
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in holiday/travel consulting
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Understanding of visa processes, travel documentation, and itinerary planning
- Strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills
- Experience with travel portals, booking systems, and CRM tools preferred
- Ability to manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
