KEY TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role responsibilities are varied, they include but are not limited to the following-
- Ensuring end-to-end employee transport services management during the shift
- Provide efficient, cost-effective, and compliant transport service to the client.
- Ensure all the agreed deliverables and SLAs for employee transport delivery during the shift are duly met. Industry Benchmarks like - OTA, OTD, Seat Utilization etc., are duly met. The transport operations are 100% compliant.
- Ensure that the technology adaptation by Drivers, Supervisors & the employees for the transport automation tool is within the agreed percentage. Flag any concerns immediately.
- Monitor the Dashboard - report and address cases of speeding and other incidents to the appropriately, ensure records are maintained issue escalated as per the agreed protocols.
- Address all transport related concerns raised during the shift swiftly, document the same through the ticketing system and ensure end to end closure.
- Work with the drivers, vendor supervisor and have regular standing meetings with them to take a proactive stock of the situation. Conduct driver briefings to understand challenges, orient and refresh them on behavior, safety etc.,
- Conduct sudden vehicle checks and document findings. Ensure driver and vehicle compliance during the shift.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.
Experience & Education Graduate in any discipline, 3 – 5 years’ experience in Transport management. Experience in working on transport automation tools like – moveinsync, routematic, aaveg, safetrax etc., will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts to support 24/7 Operations.
