Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Training Manager role based in Gurugram. The Senior Training Manager will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning and development programs for sales, operations, and other business teams across the organization. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing training roadmaps, and creating learning journeys aligned with business goals and performance metrics. The role involves designing and delivering instructor-led and blended learning sessions, creating training content and toolkits, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and training resources. The Senior Training Manager will also coach and mentor trainers, track training effectiveness through data and feedback, collaborate with business leaders and HR on capability-building initiatives, and continuously refine programs based on outcomes and stakeholder input.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in learning and development, including training needs analysis, curriculum design, and facilitation of in-person and virtual training programs.
- Proven experience designing and implementing sales, product, or process training programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (proptech, real estate, fintech, or related sectors preferred).
- Advanced skills in creating training content, such as presentations, playbooks, e-learning modules, and assessments, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define training KPIs, measure impact on performance, and use analytics to refine learning strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring training teams, managing multiple training projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Comfort with learning technologies and tools (LMS platforms, virtual training tools, content-authoring tools, and collaboration software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications in
