About the RoleKreedo is looking for an experienced Senior Training Manager with a strong background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Preschool Teacher Training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training preschool teachers, academic teams, and business teams to ensure effective classroom implementation, curriculum delivery, and product adoption across partner schools.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreschool Teacher Training- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for newly onboarded preschool teachers.
- Train teachers on Kreedo's preschool curriculum, lesson planning, classroom setup, and daily classroom routines.
- Coach teachers on age-appropriate teaching methodologies, child engagement techniques, and activity-based learning.
- Train teachers on classroom management, behaviour management, and creating a positive learning environment.
- Demonstrate effective teaching strategies through model classroom sessions and practical workshops.
- Guide teachers on observation, assessment, and documentation of children's learning and development.
- Support teachers in implementing experiential and play-based learning practices.
- Ensure curriculum implementation meets Kreedo's quality standards across all partner schools.
New Hire Training (NHT)- Design and share structured training plans for every new joiner.
- Conduct orientation sessions and New Hire Training batches.
- Ensure completion of onboarding milestones and attendance.
Continuous Skilling- Conduct monthly refresher programs and certification sessions.
- Organize workshops to strengthen teaching practices and curriculum implementation.
- Upskill both academic and business teams on new products, processes, and educational best practices.
Reviews & Assessments- Conduct classroom observations and teacher evaluations.
- Assess understanding of curriculum implementation and teaching effectiveness.
- Track individual learning progress and provide coaching for improvement.
Field Visits & School Support- Visit partner preschools regularly to observe classroom implementation.
- Mentor teachers through live classroom observations and feedback sessions.
- Support schools in resolving implementation challenges.
- Work closely with school leaders to improve teaching quality and learning outcomes.
Gap Identification- Identify skill gaps among teachers and internal teams.
- Develop personalized learning plans and monitor progress.
- Recommend additional coaching and interventions where required.
Reporting- Prepare detailed training reports covering:
- Training sessions conducted
- Attendance
- Assessment scores
- Classroom observation findings
- Teacher progress
- Implementation status
- Key action items
Travel & Cross-Zone Training- Travel to partner schools across different zones to conduct training programs.
- Ensure consistent implementation of curriculum and teaching standards across locations.
Who We're Looking For- Minimum 3 years of experience in Preschool Teacher Training, Academic Training, Learning & Development, or Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Experience in training preschool teachers on curriculum implementation and classroom practices.
- Strong knowledge of preschool pedagogy, child development, and activity-based learning.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Comfortable travelling to partner schools and training centres.
